This hotel is truly one of the best I’ve ever stayed in! The cleanliness is absolutely top-notch—every corner of the property is impeccably maintained, making the stay feel comfortable and fresh. 1. The hotel was extremely close to Hersheypark and Tangers Outlet. 2. The breakfast was tasty. There were fried eggs, scrambled eggs, sausage, ham, waffle maker as well as yogurt, cold cereal, muffins, bagels and toast. 3. Hot coffee and tea were available for guests 24/7. We would make a cup each to take back to our room at the end of each day. 4. The parking lot was free and plenty of parking spaces. 5. There's a diner that shares the parking lot with the hotel. 6. The mattress and pillows were fluffy and comfortable. 7. Check in and check out were extremely easy and can be done online.

The women who checked us in was very friendly and answered my questions on check in about pool. She explained how to get to our room and hours/ location of pool. When going in the lobby is smelled clean (I love that smell) Breakfast was great many options. The women working was very friendly talking to everyone and replacing items when needed. It was a great location easy to get to. Bed was very comfortable.

The breakfast was very good and had a lot of different offerings so even picky eaters were happy. We also liked that there was a restaurant within walking distance that had great food too. Our room was comfortable and clean. Most of the hotel looked new.

The bed was comfortable I slept like a baby. The dove products in the makeup remover wipe in the bathroom were excellent and the text after check in asking if I needed anything was thoughtful. Having coffee in the lobby 24/7 is a life saver and having a diner so close you could you could walk to with excellent food and service was very convenient

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. the room was very clean and tidy. breakfast was amazing. my wife and our family stayed there for my wife's surgery and the staff were all very helpful during that time. would definitely recommend this place to anyone. the do have a diner there in the parking and guests get a 10% discount at the diner.

The thing I liked the most was the ease to get to and from the Hershey Park Stadium for a concert we went to. This was really the perfect location. The hotel itself was very nice and clean! Was very surprised when we walked in that it was so open and clean looking. There were lots of breakfast options available in the morning.

Love everything here! It’s close to home but is a great get away close to home. Friendly staff but especially the guy who worked last night 4/12/25, he was so kind, friendly, his smile was infectious, and he went above and beyond to try to find my daughter goldfish crackers (didn’t even ask he heard me talking to my daughter on the phone while I was looking at the snacks in the lobby) GREAT EMPLOYEE and deserves a raise.

Breakfast was wonderful!! The staff that made the breakfast were great. They were always refilling and making great entrees. This was hands down the best breakfast I have had at a hotel with breakfast included. I would definitely return because the staff were so nice and attentive. The front desk staff great too.

I loved how clean my room was. I loved the Dove products in the shower. The location is convenient close to food,gas,and Hershey park. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast was a plus because traveling with kids it saved me money. My kids loved the indoor pool. This is definitely the best experience I have ever had at a hotel stay.
